Willow is building the compliance infrastructure for aged care, disability, and healthcare organizations.
Most providers are forced to manage compliance across spreadsheets, shared drives, emails, PDFs, legacy systems, and disconnected software. Evidence lives everywhere. Reporting is duplicated. Audits become stressful projects instead of normal operations. Teams spend more time preparing for compliance than improving care.
The Role
We're looking for a Go-to-Market & Growth Lead to help Willow expand its reach across Australia and internationally. This is a role for a commercially minded operator who understands both the care sector and how to build a scalable pipeline for a SaaS business with a long sales cycle and high-trust buyers.
You'll work closely with the founders and leadership team to define and execute Willow's growth strategy — from demand generation and content to outbound, events, and channel partnerships. You'll own how care organisations first hear about Willow and what compels them to take a conversation.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute Willow's go-to-market strategy across target segments including residential aged care, NDIS providers, home care, and healthcare
Build and manage outbound pipelines — identifying the right organisations, crafting the right message, and getting the right meetings
Own Willow's content and thought leadership strategy — positioning Willow as the authority on compliance technology for care organisations
Manage Willow's presence at sector events and conferences — including Aged & Community Care Providers Association (ACCPA) events and relevant NZ, UK, and US conferences
Track and optimise conversion across the full funnel — from awareness and consideration through to demo and close
Contribute to Willow's international expansion playbook as we enter new markets including NZ, UK, and the US
Qualifications
5+ years in go-to-market, growth, or sales roles — with experience selling into complex B2B environments
A genuine understanding of the aged care, disability, or healthcare sector — you know how these buyers think and what builds their trust
Strong written and verbal communication skills — you can distil complex value propositions into clear, compelling messages
Commercially driven with the ability to own a number, report on pipeline, and continuously improve conversion rates
Comfortable as a generalist early in a company's growth — you're happy to write a blog post one day and run a demo the next
Bonus: experience with SaaS sales cycles of 3+ months, or selling compliance, risk, or governance software
